Welcome Liz!

You've come a long way Liz! Mile to Marathon in a year.... Don't ever forget where you've been and where you're going! Your journey has just begun!

Feel free to utilize this personal profile blog as your "training journal". Journals are important because they tell us where we were as we look back on them. They also help us to learn what we did right and what we can improve on. It may seem unimportant at the time you are journaling a race or a workout, but down the road it'll be useful! Also, we all learn from each other, so getting your thoughts out there will give you and others more opportunities to learn and grow from your experiences.
