Today's Run

This will be just a snippet commentary on today's running experience.

I ran an easy forty minutes just as I was told. I ran pretty well though my left calf and ankle were kind of sore. I ran right through and made it back home without too much pain.

Now I'm waiting for my pants to dry so that I might not be so cold. I will then go to the library and get the book I have been putting off obtaining. Finally, I will make sweet potato fries as a compliment to this evening's Thanksgiving leftovers.

I know that I would get so many more activities done if I slept more and wasted less time. At least I have enough room to do activities.

Thanks, Dave, for the edgy book. I will read it with aplomb and will be sure to share my opinion on any social issues it addresses. I will especially rant about the gory bits.

Tootles!
Liz
